One team, shared finances
Boring Money is priced per team, not per account. Invite your partner, share your budgets, and manage your household finances together. No extra cost.
How it works
Create your team
When you sign up, you create a team with a name, currency, and timezone. This is your shared financial space.
Invite your partner
Send an invitation by email. Your partner creates their own account and joins your team in seconds.
Track together
Both of you can add expenses, incomes, and contributions. Everything shows up in the same dashboard, same budgets, same goals.
Pay per team, not per person
Most budgeting apps charge per account. If you want to share with your partner, you pay twice.
Boring Money works differently. You pay once for your team, and everyone in it gets full access. Whether you manage your finances solo or as a couple, the price is the same.
Roles that make sense
Not everyone needs the same level of access. Each team member gets a role that fits their involvement.
Owner
Full control. Manages team settings, members, and all financial data.
Member
Can add and edit expenses, incomes, budgets, and goals. The everyday role for a partner.
Viewer
Read-only access. Perfect for someone who wants visibility without editing.
Multiple teams, multiple lives
You can create or join several teams. Keep a personal team for your individual tracking and a shared team for household expenses. Switch between them in one tap.

Common questions
Does my partner need to pay separately?
No. Your partner joins your team for free. Boring Money is priced per team. Everyone in the team gets full access with a single subscription.
Can I have both a personal and a shared team?
Yes. You can create as many teams as you need and switch between them at any time. Each team has its own expenses, budgets, goals, and investments.
Can I change someone's role later?
Yes. The team owner can change roles at any time from the team settings. You can promote a viewer to member or revoke access entirely.
What happens if someone leaves the team?
Their data stays with the team. Expenses, incomes, and contributions they added remain intact. They simply lose access to the team.
